Yes, we can work within a specific budget as long as it is realistic. Should the budget be too low to maintain our standard, we will let you know. We want to make sure that your experience meets our high quality standards, and we do not make compromises that could jeopardise our reputation.

How many people do you take on your trips?

Good things come in small packages, which is why we limit our group sizes to a maximum of 24 people. On average, our groups are around 10 people.

Yes! A minimum age of 18 applies to all our Swiss Vibes Exclusive trips. For tailor-made trips there is no minimum age, but a legal guardian or parent must sign a contract.

I am travelling solo - do I have to pay a single room supplement?

There are no additional costs for solo travellers on Swiss Vibes Exclusive trips. Everyone pays the same price. However, if you would like your own room, a surcharge applies, since prices are calculated per available bed and not per room.

What accommodation is provided, and do I have to share it with other members of the group?

At Swiss Vibes, luxurious accommodation is always provided. That means a 4- or 5-star hotel, villa or apartment. Yes, rooms are shared with other members, but never with the opposite sex. Your own room can always be requested for a surcharge.

Yes, of course! There will always be a programme with enough free time for everyone. Only on weekend trips can it get tight, depending on how many activities you book.

I am an older traveller - can I join your trips?

Everyone is welcome on our trips, but our target group on the Swiss Vibes Exclusive trips is between 18 and 35, as many activities involve nightlife. If you feel comfortable with that, age is just a number.

What payment options does Swiss Vibes offer me?

Full payments: are possible via PayPal transaction or credit card. Partial payment: is also possible for certain trips. In this case, a deposit must be made to confirm your booking. The remaining outstanding amount must be paid by the deadline stated in your confirmation email.

How far in advance should I book?

All travel arrangements should be booked at least 72 hours in advance. For tailor-made trips, we strongly recommend booking at least four weeks in advance. For larger groups, we recommend booking a few months in advance. That way we have a better chance of organising the best for you.

We can certainly offer you a solution. Please contact us directly at least 10 days in advance.

How long before departure should I arrive?

Our trips usually start with a flight. I would follow the airline's instructions to be there on time. A detailed schedule is provided to all participants a few days before the trip begins.

What kind of luggage should I bring?

Usually the less, the better. I prefer to pack practically, but sometimes that is not possible. In any case, I would bring comfortable luggage that you can carry yourself.

Yes, we do. We sell individual seats as well as entire flight charter packages.

Do I need insurance?

Travel insurance is mandatory for all our trips if you are travelling internationally. We require that you are insured at least for medical costs, including emergency repatriation. If you are travelling within your home country or region, please make sure before the trip that you can easily access the public health system in the event of an accident.

We will do our best to accommodate all dietary requirements, but in some remote places it can be very difficult to guarantee this. We will inform you if there are places on your itinerary where this is the case. Please let us know at the time of booking if you need certain foods or have allergies. It is also a good idea to bring a card with your food requirements in the respective local language.
